HOW THIS WORKS
Roles set the entry scope someone sees. A principal enters school-wide, an HOD enters at their department. The drill-down rhythm is the same at every tier.
Permissions (roster, billing, compliance approve, compliance compile) are granted, not inherited. An office staffer with only the roster permission sees only that screen.
ASSIGNING CLASSES TO TEACHERS
Class-to-teacher assignment is a separate step inside each department. HODs do it for their own department.
